Our Returns Promise
We stand behind our premium home styling products, offering a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging intact to qualify for return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and practical reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened bedding products
- Custom-cut curtains & blinds
- Mixed paint
These items are clearly marked as non-returnable in their product descriptions.
Simple Returns Process

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. This number must be clearly marked on your return package.
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with all accessories included. Ship to:

Important: We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchanges
