Our Returns Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the items are in their original condition with all packaging intact. This allows you to shop with confidence as you select bathroom suites, bedding, home accessories, and other products to elevate your home.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened bedding products, custom-cut curtains & blinds, or mixed paint. These items are marked as non-returnable in their product descriptions.

Simple Returns Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

To begin your return or exchange, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear DecorLuxe Sales Team, I would like to request a [return/exchange] for the following item(s) from my order #[Your Order Number]: Product Name: Quantity: Reason for Return: [For exchanges only] Preferred Replacement Item: I confirm that the item(s) are in their original condition with packaging intact. Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. This number must be clearly marked on your return package.

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return

Please securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and include all accessories. Ship your return to:

We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Refund Timeline:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 2-3 business days after processing

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once the original item is received and processed.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or product, please follow the same return process and indicate your preferred replacement item in your return request. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item.
